- 8+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Creative Direction or related roles.

- Clear career progression from Graphic Designer Senior/Lead Designer Art Director.

- Mandatory international/global work experience, preferably having worked with global brands, international markets or overseas stakeholders.

- Robust portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign development and art direction.

- Experience in developing creative concepts from ideation through final execution.

- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, branding, photography and visual storytelling.

- Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and other digital design tools is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to balance creative excellence with commercial/business objectives.
