We are looking for a skilled and responsible Assistant Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, finalisation of books, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and accounting processes, along with the ability to handle and guide the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Books Finalisation:

- Maintain and review books of accounts.

- Assist in monthly/yearly closing and finalisation of accounts.

- Prepare and verify ledgers, trial balance, profit & loss account and balance sheet.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

- GST Compliance:

- Handle GST returns and related compliances.

- Reconciliation of GST data and books of accounts.

- Coordinate for GST notices, queries and assessments, whenever required.

- Income Tax:





- Assist in income tax compliance and related documentation.

- Support in preparation of tax workings and income tax returns.

- Coordinate with consultants/CA for tax-related matters.

- TDS Compliance:

- Manage TDS calculations, deductions and payments.

- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.

- Ensure timely issuance of TDS certificates and reconciliation.

- Team Handling:

- Supervise and guide the accounts team.

- Allocate work and monitor day-to-day activities.

- Review the team's work for accuracy and timely completion.

- Coordinate with management and other departments for accounting-related requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
