Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor assembly line activities across assigned shifts.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines while maintaining quality standards.

- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to optimize productivity and resource utilization.

- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and production accounting data.

- Manage shop-floor manpower, including work allocation, attendance monitoring, and productivity tracking.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

- Monitor machine utilization and escalate operational issues to concerned HODs when required.

- Train and guide operators to maintain operational excellence and quality standards.
