Role Description The Article Assistant will support the firm’s professional team with day-to-day audit, accounting, tax, and compliance assignments.

Responsibilities include assisting in preparation and review of financial statements, working papers, and documentation, as well as supporting statutory and internal audits under supervision. The role also involves helping with tax return preparation, basic research on regulatory and compliance matters, and maintaining accurate records and files.

The Article

Assistant will collaborate with senior team members,



attend client meetings when required, and contribute to timely completion of engagements. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and financial reporting.
- Basic knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, and willingness to learn relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort with accounting or ERP software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear working papers and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact professionally with clients.
- Ongoing or completed professional education such as CA articleship eligibility or equivalent accounting qualification is preferred.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, continuous learning, and long-term professional growth.
