Key Responsibilities Include:
- Operation and Maintenance of at least 3 Clusters ( approx. 50 to 60 sites )
- Daily Monitoring of Operational Plants and ensure smooth Operation of Plants
- Initiate Ticket to OEMs and follow up for early rectification.
- Maintain MTTR ,MTBF of System ,DG and Transmission line as per SOP
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance of solar, battery, DG, inverter and transmission line
- Monthly train Technicians and Supervisors on their role and responsibilities.
- Ensure timely connection of recent customers
- Ensuring Maintenance work is completed on schedule with quality.
- Inventory Management
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical
- At least 5 years exp in O&M;
- Knowledge of Excel
- Work and stay in rural/Sub Urban areas.
- This role is based in Bihar and UP
