Role Description

Jaipur based - region full Rajasthan

Key Task-

1. SS and Distributor appointment
2. Plan and execute sales strategies to drive volume, visibility, and market penetration for AvyahCorp’s product portfolio.
3. Managing and expanding distributor and retailer networks, overseeing primary and secondary sales, and ensuring effective placement and merchandising at retail outlets.

The role involves regular field visits, monitoring performance against targets, conducting market surveys, and gathering competitor insights to refine sales approaches.



The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams for promotions, trade marketing activities, and demand planning, while maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

- More than 5 years of FMCG field sales experience, including managing distributors, retailers, and sales teams in a defined territory.
- Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management with trade partners and channel members.
- Proven ability in sales planning, target achievement, data analysis, and use of basic sales reporting tools or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics, route planning, and trade activation in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and train field staff and trade partners.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working primarily in the field with regular market visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; prior experience with food or snacking brands is an advantage.
