Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth in the home loans and mortgage segment. The role involves managing a team of 45 sales professionals, building solid relationships with builders and channel partners, and delivering an annual business volume of 20–25 Cr.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business growth across the assigned area for Home Loans/Mortgages.
- Manage, coach and motivate a team of 4–5 sales professionals to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong builder relationships and market connections.
- Generate business through builder tie-ups, DSA/DST and other channel partners.
- Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and relationship building to conversion and disbursement.
- Ensure achievement of 20–25 Cr business volume through effective sales planning and execution.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, conversions and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.




- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's presence in the assigned market.

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in Home Loan/Mortgage/Housing Finance sales.
- Robust builder network and market connections.
- Experience in builder channel, DSA/DST or channel sales preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving significant business/revenue targets.
- Prior experience of team handling and sales leadership.
- Strong understanding of home loans, mortgages and the housing finance ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen and execution skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working as Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Branch Manager/Regional Sales Manager in Home Loans, Mortgage, Housing Finance, Banking or NBFCs, with a strong builder network and demonstrated team-handling experience.
