The ideal candidate will be exceptional in sales and distributor management, with robust understanding of sales routines and processes. The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in frontline retail sales.

Job Responsibilities:

- Effective implementation of sales policies and schemes in the market.
- Plan and execute primary and secondary development activities in accordance with regional and corporate plans.
- Drive market operations to adhere to daily calling and productivity standards for self, Distributor Sales Representative and Distributors.
- Effective distributor management aligned with Gulf priorities.
- Expand distribution according to the KRA in the territory.
- Execute effective brand communication, positioning and pricing to align with company guidelines.
- Drive proper market activation and strong visibility of ‘Gulf’ brand in the market.
- Aggressively drive the implementation and success of various tie-up schemes targeting retailers and mechanics.
- Monitor competition activities, pricing levels and schemes and report as necessary.




- Organize and conduct planned meetings with retailers and mechanics to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility
- Train and drive the productivity of the distributor and their team.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontline sales, with an experience of distributor management.
- Ability to manage and drive Sales Officers and Distributor’s sales team.
- Should have proper understanding of field sales working – steps of a field call, working and planning as per MJP, maintaining financial health as per company norms etc.
- Proven experience in driving primary and secondary sales.
- Strong business acumen and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
