Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ASM to manage and grow sales in Bihar. The candidate should have strong experience in Home Appliances / Consumer Durables / Home Products and good knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage and expand dealer & distributor network.
- Lead and guide the sales team.
- Develop new markets and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market coverage.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Bihar market.
- Experience in Home Appliances / Consumer Durables / Home Products preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bihar.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
