We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Area Manager to manage retail outlets across Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for outlet operations, sales growth, cash and online transaction monitoring, staff management, and coordination with HR to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the daily operations of all retail outlets across Bangalore.
- Develop sales, achieve business targets, and implement strategies to improve outlet performance.
- Monitor cash collections, UPI payments, online transactions, and daily sales reports across all outlets.
- Ensure proper reconciliation and timely submission of sales and transaction reports to the Regional Operations Manager.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor staff performance, customer service, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Handle staff-related issues, attendance, discipline, and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment, onboarding, employee grievances, and other employee-related matters.




- Ensure adequate staffing at all outlets and support smooth workforce management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in FMCG retail, food retail, or multi-outlet operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, cash handling, UPI transactions, and sales reconciliation.
- Good team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and travel across Bangalore as required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
