Responsibilities
Managing operations and ensure smooth functioning of 4-6 Food Courts across several locations
Ensuring high quality standards and maximizing profitability
Manage and developing staff performance and focus on driving sales.
Handling budget, control labour/ food cost, inventory, and analysing financial reports.
Audit, supervision and maintaining operational standards
Requirements: Minimum 9 years of experience in QSR.
Solid leadership, problem-solving skills, Process Orientation, Growth Mindset
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
