Manage end-to-end collection activities for the assigned geographical area.Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.Monitor portfolio quality, overdue accounts, delinquency, and NPA levels.Develop area-wise collection strategies based on portfolio performance.Allocate cases and territories to team members based on portfolio requirements.Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.Coach team members on effective collection and customer handling techniques.Track SMA, 30+/60+/90+ DPD and NPA accounts.Identify high-risk accounts and prepare appropriate action plans.
