Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team responsible for originating, processing, and disbursing auto loans across multiple channels (NBFC & Bank).

- Oversee end-to-end operations of the portfolio, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing delinquencies.

- Develop strategies to increase sales performance by identifying current business opportunities and building relationships with dealerships.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in vehicle finance or related field (auto loans, car loan, financial services).

- Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and client interactions.

- Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and optimize processes.
