More than 5+ years of Experience is required.
- Real Estate plot layout drawing experience is mandatory.
- FMB Sketch Experience is mandatory.
- AUTO CAD software Experience is Mandatory
- Interpreted drawing markups and implement drawing revisions as per site
- requirements.
- Preparation of concept / schematic layouts, detailing, center line drawings,
- workshop drawings, sections, elevations, architectural joinery details.
- Coordinating with MEP consultants for design and drawings in AutoCAD.
- Preparation of CMDA and DTCP drawings
- Maintenance of files & documents.
- Handed overall project and layouts and drawings individually and coordination
