Role & responsibilities

- Architectural Design &
- Compliance:

Lead end-to-end architectural design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Navi Mumbai, ensuring full compliance with Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR) and local municipal guidelines (NMMC/CIDCO/PMC).

- MIDC Project Execution: Oversee site layouts, master planning, and detailed building designs specifically for Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) plots, adhering to UDCPR and MIDC statutory norms.

- Team Leadership &

- Management:

Lead, mentor, and coordinate an in-house team of architects, draftspersons, and junior engineers to deliver design drawings and submission sets within project timelines.

- On-Site Coordination &

- Supervision:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, verify on-ground execution against approved architectural drawings, and resolve site-level design conflicts.

- Liaison &

- Approvals:

Coordinate with local government authorities, scrutiny officers, and external consultants for plan approvals, NOCs,



and building permissions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education &
- Experience:

Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with proven experience in architecture design, government projects, and site supervision.

- UDCPR &

- MIDC Expertise:

Deep working knowledge of UDCPR norms, FSI calculations, set-backs, ground coverage, and MIDC industrial/commercial development regulations.

- Estimation &

- Costing:

Proficient in quantity estimation, costing, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender document analysis for government and public sector projects.

- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Rendering software, and standard estimation/calculation tools.

- Leadership &

- Communication:

Robust team management, decision-making, and communication skills to handle multi-disciplinary project teams and client/authority meetings effectively.
