Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases: concept design, design development, working drawings, approvals, and construction.

- Develop and present design concepts, drawings to clients.

- Architect coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.

- Architect review and approve design documentation, working drawings, and construction details.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

- Architect conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical/design issues.

- Mentor junior architects and draftsmen, providing design and technical guidance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Architecture (B.Arch/D.Arch).





- 2+ years of experience in architecture, with proven project leadership.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

- Robust knowledge of local building codes, bye-laws, and approval processes.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
