Role & responsibilities
- Expereince in planning projects including feasibility study, market study and demand assessment for urban/infrastructure projects.
- Expereince in preparation of feasibility reports and DPRs for urban infrastructure projects.
- Experience of architectural concepts, layouts and design proposals for public buildings, urban infrastructure, and area based development projects.
Proficiency in CAD, GIS tools.
- Knowledge of Urban development policies, issues and project experience.
