Position: Architect

Qualification: B.Arch (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Architect with 5+ years of experience in handling projects from concept and planning through execution and final completion. The candidate should have robust knowledge of building design, drawings, coordination, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle architectural projects from initial concept/design to final execution and completion.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, consultants, contractors and other project teams.
- Understand and manage projects from ground/foundation stage through the complete building structure.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution is as per approved designs and drawings.
- Resolve design and site-related issues during execution.
- Review materials, finishes and construction details as required.




- Coordinate with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project timelines, design quality and technical requirements are maintained.

Requirements:

- B.Arch is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end building projects.
- Must have experience handling projects from ground/foundation stage to final completion.
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details and site execution.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, etc. is preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who has independently handled or significantly contributed to complete building projects, with practical exposure to both design and on-site execution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
