Position Details

- Process: Accounts Receivable – Voice (Healthcare)
- Location: Mumbai (Marol Andheri) / Chennai (Arcot Road, Vadapalani) /

Ahmedabad (Prahlad Nagar Off S.G. Highway)
- Experience: Freshers & candidates with 1+ year of experience in Voice Process
- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Shift Timings:

o 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM o 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- Transport: Only drop facility will be provided.

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
- Follow up with insurance carriers based on appointments received from clients.
- Work on outstanding claims and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports received from clients or generated through client-specific software.
- Contact insurance companies to obtain the status of unpaid claims.
- Document claim denials and take appropriate further action.




- Be adaptable to work on voice-based processes as per business requirements,

including Insurance Follow-Up, Patient Calling, Provider Outreach, etc.
- Maintain accurate individual daily logs and complete assigned targets within defined timelines.
- Perform assigned tasks with speed, accuracy, and adherence to client SLAs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common business goals.
- Follow all applicable information security requirements, client/project guidelines,

business processes, quality standards and company policies.
- Escalate issues or concerns to the reporting manager/senior team members in a timely manner.

Salary Slabs

1–2 years: 25k

2–3 years: 30k

3+ years: Up to 40k
