We are looking for an experienced AR Analyst Denials with solid expertise in US Healthcare RCM, specifically handling Oncology and Radiology claims. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing denied claims, identifying root causes, taking appropriate corrective action, and ensuring timely resolution to maximize collections and reduce AR aging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and resolve insurance denials and rejections for Oncology and Radiology claims.
- Review EOBs, ERAs, payer correspondence, and claim details to identify denial reasons.
- Work on denial categories including authorization, medical necessity, coding, eligibility, timely filing, bundling, and payer-specific denials.
- Prepare and submit appeals and reconsiderations with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Identify recurring denial trends and communicate root causes to the relevant teams.
- Follow up with insurance payers through payer portals and calls.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up of outstanding AR.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Work closely with coding, billing,



clinical, and QA teams to prevent recurring denials.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and payer guidelines.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in US Healthcare AR / Denials Management.
- Strong exposure to Oncology and Radiology billing.
- Good understanding of US insurance payers and RCM workflows.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, authorization and medical necessity.
- Strong analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience: 4-7 years in US Healthcare RCM / AR Denials.
