We are looking for a motivated Application Support Engineer to join our product and technical support team. The candidate will be responsible for providing application support to users, troubleshooting issues, assisting customers with application usage, and coordinating with internal technical teams for timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application and technical support to customers through calls, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.
- Assist customers with application usage, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and document application errors, bugs, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with Development and QA teams for issue resolution.
- Perform basic application testing and verify issues after resolution.
- Maintain records of customer queries, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare support reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Provide a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely support.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of software applications and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Databases is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of software testing and SDLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and applications.
Language Requirements Proficiency in any one or more of the following languages is required:
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Malayalam
English: Basic to good communication skills required.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with internship, academic project, or application-support experience will have an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
