Banking / NBFC / Loan Management Applications (Preferred)

ServiceNow or other Ticketing Tools

Role Highlights:

Manage application stability and availability

Perform root cause analysis and incident management

Support digital lending and loan management platforms

Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency

Work closely with business, development, and infrastructure teams

Ensure compliance, audit support, data masking, and consent management
