We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst with 3–7 years of experience to provide technical and functional support for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, root cause analysis, and ensuring application availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for business applications.
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
- Monitor application logs and system alerts to proactively identify issues.
- Execute application deployments, patches, and configuration changes as required.
- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles,



and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in on-call support and production support activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in application support, production support, or technical support environments.
- Knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Experience analyzing application logs and troubleshooting production issues.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments.
- Basic understanding of APIs, web services, and integrations.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
