What you'll do :

- Define and drive enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Develop target-state architecture, technology standards, reference architectures, and architecture principles.
- Lead architecture governance and review boards, ensuring solutions comply with enterprise standards and security/governance frameworks.
- Evaluate and rationalize the application and technology portfolio, identifying modernization, consolidation, and obsolescence opportunities.
- Drive Cloud transformation and adoption strategies across Azure/AWS environments.
- Define and guide AI/GenAI adoption strategies, including enterprise AI reference architectures and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with CXOs, business leaders, technology teams, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives, focusing on scalability, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) architecture, including integration with enterprise applications, APIs, Azure services, data platforms, and third-party systems.
- Experience designing end-to-end enterprise and full-stack architectures across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, security, and integrations.




- Strong understanding of D365 integration patterns, Azure, REST APIs, microservices, middleware, data migration, and enterprise integration architecture.

Must Have Skills :

- Modelling, Target-State Architecture, Architect Enterprise Architecture Business Capability Roadmaps.
- Cloud : Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Cloud-Native Architecture : Microservices, APIs, distributed systems, containerization and up-to-date application architectures.
- AI/GenAI : LLMs, Generative AI, RAG/CAG architectures, AI adoption strategy and governance.
- Application Portfolio Management : Application rationalization, modernization, technical debt and obsolescence management.
- Architecture Governance : Architecture review boards, technology standards, reference architectures and governance frameworks.
- Enterprise Integration & APIs : Enterprise integration patterns, API-led architecture and system interoperability.

Technical Leadership :

- Make authoritative decisions on technology selection, integration strategies, data models, API contracts, and infrastructure choices.
- Define and own the non-functional requirements (NFRs) framework - latency targets, throughput benchmarks, SLA/SLOs, and disaster recovery objectives.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives including cloud migration, service decomposition, and technical debt reduction.
- Champion code quality standards - SOLID principles, design patterns, test coverage, observability - and enforce them through automated pipelines and peer review frameworks.
- Design cloud-native architectures on AWS and/or Azure - including compute, storage, networking, security, and cost optimization strategies.
- Define CI/CD pipeline architecture using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Oversee infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards using Terraform, AWS CDK, or Bicep.
- Guide teams in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and service mesh/API gateway design.
