Job Summary:-

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and camera-friendly Female Anchor / Video Presenter with 1+ years of experience in anchoring, interviewing, journalism, content creation, or digital media. The candidate will be responsible for conducting public interviews/bytes, one-on-one interviews, corporate interviews, event coverage, and social media video content. The ideal candidate should have excellent command of both English and Hindi, strong on-camera presence, good communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with people from different backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities :-

Anchoring & Public Interviews

- Conduct public interviews and vox-pop/public bytes on different topics, events, trends, and current subjects.
- Approach and engage with people confidently in public places to collect meaningful responses.
- Conduct professional one-on-one interviews with clients, industry professionals, business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare interview questions and conduct conversations in an engaging and natural manner.
- Handle spontaneous conversations and follow-up questions effectively.
- Present information clearly and confidently on camera.
- Host corporate events, digital shows, interviews, and video segments as required.

Content Creation & Presentation :-

- Create engaging video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Present short-form videos, Reels, interviews, explainers, and promotional content.
- Work closely with the Content, Marketing, Creative, and Video Production teams to develop video concepts.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new video formats.
- Adapt presentation style according to the target audience and content format.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral topics, and new content formats.

Interview & Research :-

- Research topics, individuals, companies, and industry trends before interviews.
- Prepare relevant and engaging questions based on the interviewee and subject.
- Conduct interviews professionally while maintaining a conversational approach.
- Ensure accurate communication of information during interviews. Develop the ability to handle unexpected responses and keep conversations flowing naturally.

On-Camera Performance :-

- Maintain a confident, energetic, and professional on-camera presence.
- Demonstrate strong voice modulation, pronunciation, body language, and presentation skills.
- Deliver scripts and talking points naturally without sounding overly scripted.
- Represent the company's brand professionally during public interactions, events, and interviews.
- Be comfortable shooting both indoors and outdoors.

Required Skills & Experience :-

- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, English, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as an Anchor, Video Presenter, Journalist, Reporter, Interviewer, Content Creator,



or similar role.
- Excellent command of both English and Hindi.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience conducting public bytes / vox-pop interviews is mandatory.
- Experience conducting one-on-one interviews with professionals, business leaders, clients, or public personalities.
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence. Excellent questioning and conversation skills.
- Ability to think quickly and handle spontaneous situations.
- Strong voice modulation, pronunciation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and video content trends.
- Comfortable working in outdoor/public locations and interacting with diverse audiences.
- Portfolio, showreel, or previous interview/video samples are mandatory.
