Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan professional with strong hands-on experience in model development, solution design, and end-to-end implementation. The role involves leading project delivery, working closely with senior client stakeholders, and translating business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Anaplan solutions across multiple project engagements.
- Lead Anaplan project delivery and ensure successful implementation within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders, manage client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Lead sprint planning, solution design workshops, customer demonstrations, and user training sessions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Drive delivery efficiency and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Support resource planning,



recruitment, project financials, and team learning & development initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Required Skills

- 3 - 11 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model development, solution design, and implementation.
- Strong experience in leading end-to-end Anaplan projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience in sprint management, solution workshops, and customer training.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Good team management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
- Any Graduate qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) use cases on Anaplan.
- Experience with Supply Chain Planning use cases.
- Anaplan Solution Architect Certification mandatory/preferred based on hiring criteria.
- Consulting and project management experience will be an added advantage.
