- Experience in Luxury / Premium Residential Projects
- Proven expertise in high-ticket sales
- Solid team handling and leadership skills
- Drive site sales, revenue and target achievement
- Excellent client handling, negotiation and closing skills
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market
- Prior Site Head / Project Sales experience preferred
