1. Good experience in working on the tickets/issues extensively and effectively lead AMS Customers.
2. Ability to handle multiple Customer simultaneously.
3. Ability to write Fast formula for OTL, Absence
4. Experience working on VBCS.
5. Good experience in Customer Interaction in all phases of support.
6. Very valuable in Analyzing the issues/requirement and providing effective solutions to the Customers.
7. Very good communication skills
