- Lead agrochemical formulation tech transfer from lab to pilot and commercial scale in agrochemicals
- Optimize processes, prepare SOPs, resolve scale-up issues, coordinate with R&D;/QC/Production; manage costing, equipment mapping & team performance

Required Candidate profile BE/BTech Chemical - 10-12 yrs or MTech - 6-8 yrs / BSc or MSc

Agro-Formulation experience mandatory

Scale-up & tech transfer exposure

Expertise in SC, EC, WP, WDG, ME, Microencapsulation

Team handling
