As an AI Video Producer, candidate will leverage advanced generative text, image, voice, and video tools to conceptualize, design, and render high-quality video content. Candidate will be responsible for defining visual style, developing unique digital avatars, generating highly detailed motion assets, and assembling them into polished, broadcast-ready digital videos.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prompt &
- Asset Design:

Write and refine complex negative/positive prompts to generate consistent characters, background art, and graphic overlays.

- Avatar Pipeline Management: Create, clone, and manage lifelike digital avatars; ensure natural facial animations, accurate lip-syncing, and believable body mechanics.

- End-to-End Production: Orchestrate workflows across text-to-video platforms, voice synthesizers, and traditional editing suites to take ideas from script to final render.

- Post-Processing &

- Quality Assurance:

Edit AI-generated clips to smooth out temporal glitches, correct color anomalies, add motion graphics, and ensure strict alignment with our brand voice.

Continually test emerging generative video models to refine production speeds and visual quality.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with generative AI pipelines, alongside a background in traditional film/media production or graphic design. Should be able to independently handle both ideation and execution.

- Software Stack Mastery:

- AI Video/Motion: Runway, Pika Labs, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar.

- AI Art &
- Graphics:

Midjourney, Reliable Diffusion (Automatic1111/ComfyUI), or Adobe Firefly.

- Audio/Voice: ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast.

- Editing/NLEs: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Portfolio Requirement: A link to a showreel or portfolio showcasing completely AI-generated or heavily AI-assisted videos is mandatory for consideration.

- Soft Skills: Hyper-collaborative, adaptable to changing technical ecosystems, and possessing sharp editorial judgment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
