We're looking for an AI Red Team Lead to run a highly technical team performing adversarial security testing across AI systems and traditional cybersecurity environments. This is both a hands-on technical role and a people-leadership role — a former red teamer or penetration tester who's grown into leadership while staying technically current.

You'll be the person who can discuss an attack chain in depth with a red teamer, review a proof-of-concept with an engineer, explain risk to a CISO, and lead a customer conversation — all while building and mentoring a high-performing technical team.

What You'll Do:

? Lead and mentor a red-team org of 5+ security professionals

? Own planning and execution of complex red-team and adversarial-security engagements

? Set technical direction across AI red teaming, AppSec, network, identity, endpoint, cloud, and adversary emulation

? Oversee AI/LLM assessments — prompt injection, agent security, RAG, tool abuse, excessive agency, data leakage

? Ensure traditional offensive coverage — privilege escalation, lateral movement, Active Directory, web/API, persistence, exfiltration

? Review findings and deliverables for technical quality; translate complex risk into business impact





? Serve as technical authority in customer and executive conversations

? Establish methodologies, standards, and quality controls for the red-team function

? Stay hands-on enough to validate attack paths and support complex engagements directly

What you bring:

✅ 5+ years of offensive-security experience

✅ Proven experience leading a red team of 5+ people

✅ Hands-on background as a Red Teamer, Pentester, Offensive Security Engineer, or Security Researcher

✅ Robust web/API security, privilege escalation, lateral movement, AD, identity attacks, exfiltration

✅ Strong MITRE ATT&CK; knowledge; working knowledge of AI/LLM security, OWASP LLM risks, MITRE ATLAS

✅ Strong customer-facing experience — technical and executive audiences

✅ Proven ability to lead multiple simultaneous technical engagements

Bonus: experience building/scaling a red-team function, AI/LLM red-team work, BAS/exposure validation experience, OSCP/OSEP/OSWE/CRTO/GXPN, CTF/vuln research/CVE/conference background.
