Job Summary

IACR Research Institute is looking for an experienced and passionate AI & ML in Healthcare Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Healthcare Analytics, and their applications in healthcare and clinical research.

The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering hands-on training programs for students and professionals from Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, and related backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online and offline training sessions on AI & Machine Learning in Healthcare.
- Explain fundamental and advanced concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Data Analytics.
- Demonstrate real-world applications of AI/ML in:
- Drug Discovery
- Healthcare Analytics
- Medical Imaging
- Patient Data Analysis
- Predictive Healthcare
- Healthcare Operations
- Provide hands-on training using real-world healthcare datasets, case studies, projects, and practical assignments.
- Train students on AI-powered tools used in healthcare and clinical research.
- Introduce learners to Generative AI and prompt engineering for healthcare applications.
- Explain the basics of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, model evaluation, and interpretation.
- Train students in data visualization and healthcare dashboards.
- Develop course content, presentations, practical exercises, assessments, and project assignments.
- Mentor students in completing AI/ML healthcare projects.
- Conduct quizzes, assessments, practical evaluations, and mock interviews.
- Guide students on career opportunities in AI, ML, Healthcare Analytics, and Healthcare Data Science.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in AI, ML, Generative AI, Healthcare Technology, and Clinical Research.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Knowledge of Python and commonly used ML libraries such as:
- Pandas
- NumPy




- Scikit-learn
- Matplotlib / Seaborn
- Knowledge of basic statistics and data analysis.
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning.
- Basic knowledge of deep learning and neural networks.
- Understanding of healthcare datasets and healthcare data workflows.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and other healthcare/research AI platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI is preferred.

Candidates with relevant AI/ML, Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, or Healthcare AI certifications will be preferred.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant industry or training experience in AI, ML, Data Science, Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare AI, or a related field.
- Experience in delivering technical training or workshops is an added advantage.
- Candidates with robust practical AI/ML knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

- Ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to create practical, industry-oriented learning experiences.
- Comfortable conducting both online and classroom training.
- Healthcare-domain knowledge combined with AI/ML expertise is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
