Role & responsibilities
- Build and deploy GenAI solutions (LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG) for medical record review, RCM, and internal operations including HR.
- Improve document AI pipelines for medical record sorting, data extraction, and summarization.
- Create and test AI-agent skills and tool integrations (including MCP), covering edge cases before release.
- Build secure .NET/C# APIs and SQL Server logic to integrate AI into existing applications.
- Measure and monitor AI accuracy, latency, and LLM cost in production.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and guard against prompt injection and data leakage.
- Mentor interns and document solutions for users and internal teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- US healthcare, RCM, or HIPAA experience.
- Python, OCR/document AI, or speech-to-text experience.
- Cloud (Azure/AWS) and Docker exposure.
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
