Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using large language models such as ChatGPT to improve customer engagement and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered chatbots into existing systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain high-quality training data sets for machine learning algorithms used in chatbot development.
- Troubleshoot issues related to chatbot performance, scalability, and reliability.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of chatbot development using various platforms (e.g., Gemini).
- Proficiency in working with large language models like ChatGPT for natural language processing tasks.
- Experience with retrieval augmented generation techniques for improving chatbot performance.
