Circular Carbon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. develops technology solutions for smart governance, industrial operations, logistics, and business process automation.

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered applications. The candidate will work with our technical team to build intelligent solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and AI-driven automation.

The role is suitable for candidates who enjoy solving practical problems through AI and can convert technical concepts into functional, reliable software applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and integrate AI-powered features into software products.
- Build practical AI solutions using Python, machine learning, deep learning, and relevant AI frameworks.
- Develop prototypes and convert successful prototypes into maintainable applications.
- Identify suitable AI models and technologies based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.

2. Generative AI, LLMs & RAG

- Develop applications using LLMs, Generative AI, and AI model APIs.
- Build AI assistants, chatbots, and conversational applications.
- Develop RAG pipelines for querying documents, databases, and business information.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
- Integrate AI applications with databases, REST APIs, and third-party services.
- Evaluate response accuracy, retrieval quality, latency, and model costs.

3. Machine Learning & Data Processing

- Develop and evaluate machine learning models for classification, prediction, detection, and other business use cases.
- Prepare, clean, and process structured and unstructured datasets.
- Perform model testing, evaluation, and performance optimisation.
- Apply appropriate data-processing and feature-engineering techniques.
- Document model performance and communicate limitations clearly.

4. Computer Vision & Intelligent Monitoring

- Develop computer vision applications using technologies such as OpenCV, YOLO, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, where required.
- Work on object detection, image classification, object tracking, and video analytics.
- Integrate AI models with CCTV, camera feeds, images,



or video-processing systems.
- Explore real-time monitoring and automated detection solutions for industrial and operational use cases.
- Optimise AI models for inference speed, accuracy, and available hardware.

5. AI Integration & Backend Development

- Develop AI services and backend components using Python.
- Build and integrate REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Connect AI applications with databases, web applications, and existing software products.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Implement appropriate error handling, logging, security, and application monitoring.

6. Deployment, Testing & Optimisation

- Deploy and maintain AI applications in development and production environments.
- Test AI outputs and investigate incorrect predictions, false positives, and other failures.
- Monitor performance, reliability, resource consumption, and response times.
- Optimise inference pipelines and application resource usage.
- Support containerisation, cloud deployment, or edge deployment as required.
- Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing product improvements.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong programming knowledge in Python.
- Understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
- Practical experience with at least one AI specialisation: Generative AI/LLMs, RAG, Computer Vision, or applied Machine Learning.
- Experience integrating AI models through APIs or developing AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of data processing, model testing, debugging, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and Git.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with software developers and product teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with one or more of the following will be an advantage:

Generative AI

- LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex,



or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Conversational AI, AI agents, and document intelligence.

Computer Vision

- OpenCV, YOLO, object detection, object tracking, and video analytics.
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, CNNs, or image classification models.
- Real-time video processing using FFmpeg, RTSP, or similar technologies.
- Edge AI and model optimisation.

Deployment & Infrastructure

- FastAPI, Docker, and application deployment.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Model monitoring, inference optimisation, and production troubleshooting.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with solid practical project experience and demonstrated AI development skills will also be considered.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, or related software development.
- Freshers with strong Python skills and demonstrable AI projects may be considered for an entry-level position.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a practical, hands-on AI Engineer who is comfortable experimenting with AI technologies, developing functional applications, and solving real-world technical challenges.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, demonstrate expertise in at least one relevant AI domain, and be willing to learn and work across different AI technologies depending on project requirements.

Candidates with working AI projects, GitHub repositories, deployed applications, or demonstrable production experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
