We're seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML systems, including LLM-based applications, within secure enterprise environments. for a Dubai Based Client.

- Build and scale production-grade ML/AI systems and LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and fine-tuned models.

- Own the full ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training/fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization through inference optimization, quantization, caching, and other performance-tuning strategies.

- Develop AI solutions using internally hosted/on-premises AI and LLM models, ensuring that sensitive enterprise data and workloads remain within the organization's controlled infrastructure.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Drive best practices for MLOps, ML CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI development.

- Contribute to the technical roadmap and help shape the organization's AI strategy and adoption of on-premises AI technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.

- Proven experience building LLM applications, including RAG, agents, function calling/tool use, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

- Positive experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or equivalent technologies.

- Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions using internally hosted/on-premises models, particularly in secure enterprise environments where external or internet-based AI/LLM services are not permitted.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and on-premises AI infrastructure for deploying, scaling, and managing AI workloads is preferred.

- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, API development, testing, debugging, and code review.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
