AjnaLens is looking for an AI/CV Engineer to join our Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra – India) .

We are looking for a hands-on professional with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning, with practical experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Vision-Language Models, and multimodal AI . The ideal candidate should be able to take AI solutions from problem definition and experimentation to development, integration, deployment, and optimization.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

1. Develop and deploy AI/ML and Computer Vision solutions for image, video, and real-world applications.
2. Build and integrate Generative AI, LLM, VLM, and multimodal solutions , including RAG, embeddings, and semantic search.
3. Train, evaluate, and optimize AI models for accuracy, latency, reliability, and real-world performance.

Minimum Work Experience / Education Required:

- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computer Vision, or a related field .
- Strong hands-on experience taking AI/ML solutions from development to production .

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

- Strong Python programming skills with experience in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow .
- Robust knowledge of Computer Vision , including detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, and image/video analysis.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, VLMs, RAG, embeddings, and multimodal AI .
- Experience with model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, error analysis, and optimization .
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV, YOLO or similar frameworks, ONNX/TensorRT, and GPU/CUDA environments .

What You’ll Be Expected to Do:





- Develop and deploy Computer Vision and Deep Learning models for image and video applications.
- Build solutions for object detection, segmentation, tracking, recognition, OCR, anomaly detection, and activity recognition .
- Develop and integrate LLM and Generative AI solutions , including RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and tool/function calling.
- Work with Vision-Language Models and multimodal AI systems .
- Prepare datasets, train and fine-tune models, and evaluate model performance.
- Optimize AI models and inference pipelines for accuracy, latency, memory, and computational efficiency .
- Deploy AI solutions across cloud, edge, or real-time environments .
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convert business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with AI agents, multimodal AI, or model fine-tuning .
- Experience with real-time Computer Vision and edge AI .
- Experience with AR/VR/MR or wearable technologies .
- Experience with industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or inspection applications .
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML deployment .
