Role & responsibilities

This is a hands-on production role, not a strategy or original-concept role: you'll take shoots and campaigns that already exist and turn them into the dozens of formats, variants, and iterations for retail footprint and digital channels need.

A secondary part of the role involves generating first-draft product and website copy using AI tools, which will be reviewed and polished by the marketing team.

- Experience with performance ad creative (understanding of what drives CTR, creative testing/fatigue) is a solid plus
- Copywriting ability is a plus but not required this is secondary to the creative function
- Organized and systems-minded — comfortable building repeatable templates/workflows rather than solving every request from scratch
