Role Overview

We're looking for an AI Content Engineer: a B.Tech graduate who writes well, builds with LLMs and AI agents, and understands how edtech websites work. You'll design the agents, skills, prompts and pipelines that turn exam notices, college data and expert input into accurate, SEO-ready pages on Collegedunia — from brief to draft, QA and publishing — with minimal manual effort. You'll own both the quality of what we publish and the automated systems behind it.

Why You'll Love This Role

- Build with frontier AI, in production: work hands-on with Claude and similar LLMs, agents and skills on workflows that reach millions of students, not demos.
- End-to-end ownership: take content automation initiatives from idea to launch, with direct access to product, SEO and tech teams.
- Engineering + editorial in one role: a rare mix that sets you up for AI product, automation and content-strategy careers.
- Grow fast: a startup scaling ~10% every month means quick expansion into larger AI and product responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build AI content workflows: design, build and run LLM-powered pipelines (brief → research → draft → QA → publish) for Collegedunia and allied product lines.
- Create agents and skills: write and maintain reusable AI skills,

prompt libraries, templates and agent instructions for recurring page types such as exam dates, syllabus, results, cutoffs and college pages.
- Structure edtech knowledge: turn exam notifications, admission processes and college data into structured templates and knowledge bases that AI tools can use accurately.
- Write and edit where judgment matters: research, write and simplify technical and educational content for students and parents, in clear, accurate English.
- Own quality: set up automated checks (facts, dates, links, formatting, SEO, tone) plus human review so published content stays accurate and consistent.
- Automate the repetitive: spot manual tasks across content and ops, and automate them using AI platforms, Python scripts or no-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
- Work across teams: partner with product, SEO, data and design to plan initiatives, and scope and test new AI tools or features end-to-end.
- Measure and improve: track turnaround time, accuracy and page performance, and keep improving the workflows you build.

What We're Looking For

- B.Tech (any branch) is mandatory, from a reputed college. 2025/2026 graduates are welcome.
- 0–1 year of experience in content operations, AI-assisted content, automation or a related internship. Solid personal or college projects count.
- Hands-on with LLMs: you use Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini daily and can show prompts, workflows or projects you've built.
- Familiar with AI agents and skills: you've built or configured agents, custom GPTs, Claude Skills/Projects, or multi-step prompt chains.
- Strong writing:

excellent written English and research skills, and the ability to explain technical topics simply.
- Understands edtech websites: you know how pages like exam pages, college profiles, rankings and news work on education portals like Collegedunia, and what makes them useful for students and for SEO.
- Automation basics: working knowledge of Python or no-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make), APIs and Google Sheets.
- Startup mindset: comfortable with rapid iteration, ambiguity and owning outcomes.

Good to Have

- Basic HTML/Markdown and an understanding of how a CMS works
- SEO fundamentals: keywords, search intent, on-page structure
- Experience using LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) or agent frameworks
- A portfolio, GitHub repo or blog showing AI or automation work
- Personal experience with Indian entrance exams (JEE, NEET, CAT, CUET, etc.)

Hiring Process

- Step 1: Resume and portfolio screening
- Step 2: Take-home task (3–4 hours): build an AI workflow that turns a real exam notification into a structured, publish-ready article, and share your prompts or skill, your output and a short note on how you'd scale it
- Step 3: Technical and writing discussion: a walkthrough of your task with the AI & Product team
- Step 4: Final round with leadership

KEY FOCUS: AI AGENTS, SKILLS & CONTENT AUTOMATION

This is a core part of the role, not a nice-to-have. We want someone who thinks in workflows and uses AI to build better systems, not someone who only writes content.

- Hands-on experience building AI agents, skills or prompt pipelines is a must-have, not optional
- Ability to design repeatable AI-assisted workflows that cut manual effort in content production, QA and publishing
- Enough editorial judgment to know when AI output is wrong, and the writing skill to fix it

Engineer how education content gets made, and shape the future of education one student a
