- Manage civil, structural, MEP, finishing, landscaping, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure alignment between design, specifications, execution, and quality benchmarks. Lanning, Scheduling &
- Execution Control • Develop and drive detailed construction schedules and phase-wise execution plans.
- Ensure coordination between contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Identify execution risks and bottlenecks early and drive corrective actions. st, Budget &
- Commercial Control • Ensure execution within approved budgets and cost targets.
- Monitor BOQs, variations, remeasurement, and contractor certifications.
- Support value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or desi n intent. uality Management &
- Finishing Excellence • Drive high-quality construction and finishing standards across residential units and common areas.
- Implement robust QNQC processes and snag management systems.
- Ensure readiness for internal audits, Statutory inspections, and customer walkthroughs.

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS • BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) anpower productivity incidents pliance adherence -time possession ustomer satisfaction scores • postgraduate qualification in Construction / Project Management preferred RELEVANT EXPERIENCE • Minimum 15+ years Of experience in residential real estate construction Strong exposure to low-rise and/or mufti-unit residential developments • Hands-on experience in civil, MEP, and finishing execution • proven track record Of end-to-end project delivery and customer handovers Experience in Delhi I NCR regulatory and execution setting preferred
