Sr. Manager / AGM Facilities Management

Location: Malad (Madh), Mumbai

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall Facilities Management operations for the project.
- Manage MEP services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & life safety, lifts and building systems.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all engineering and facility services.
- Manage AMC, vendors, contractors and service partners and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance, energy consumption and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Security, Housekeeping and other internal teams for smooth operations.
- Handle facility budgets, MIS, audits and documentation.




- Drive service quality, cost optimisation and customer/occupant satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong experience in managing large residential/commercial projects.
- Positive knowledge of MEP systems, statutory compliance, AMC and vendor management.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
