Position: AGM / GM – Customer Care

Location: Kerala

Experience: 15+ Years

Industry Preference: Automobile / Automotive Dealership

CTC: Up to ₹1 Lakh per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM / GM – Customer Care to lead and strengthen the customer care and CRM function across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in automobile dealerships, customer relationship management, after-sales service, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Customer Care / CRM function
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively
- Monitor customer feedback, CSI and service quality metrics
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and After-Sales teams to improve customer experience
- Establish and monitor CRM processes, SOPs and service standards




- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Drive customer engagement, retention and repeat business
- Manage and mentor the customer care / CRM team
- Prepare MIS reports and present customer experience performance to management
- Ensure timely resolution of critical customer issues and escalations

Ideal Candidate Profile Strong experience in Automobile / Automotive Dealerships preferred

Experience in Customer Care / CRM / Customer Experience / After-Sales

Experience handling customer escalations and large customer volumes

Candidates from reputed automobile dealer groups / OEM environments preferred
