We are looking for an Agency Directory & Visibility Executive to manage the company’s existing agency profiles and continuously identify new directories, marketplaces, review platforms, and business listing opportunities where the company can be listed.

Key responsibilities include

- Manage agency profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar platforms
- Research and identify new agency directories, business listings, review platforms, and marketplaces
- Create and complete new company profiles on relevant platforms
- Keep company information, services, portfolios, case studies, reviews, credentials, and profile details updated
- Improve profile completeness, category selection, and visibility across listing platforms
- Apply for relevant agency directories, partner directories, awards, badges, and recognition opportunities
- Complete profile verification, certification, and listing requirements where applicable
- Monitor listing approvals, profile performance, enquiries, and business opportunities
- Respond to enquiries received through agency directories and listing platforms
- Maintain records of listings, applications, approvals, and resulting leads

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency listings, directory management,



online business listings, profile management, digital marketing, or online visibility preferred.
