Job Title: Agency Channel – Life Insurance

Job Summary:

The Agency Channel is a traditional life insurance sales channel where individual insurance agents/advisors sell insurance policies directly to customers. The role focuses on recruiting and developing agents, generating business, achieving sales targets, and maintaining solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
- Train, guide, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business through the agency network.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.
- Explain and promote life insurance products such as Term Plans, Endowment Plans, ULIPs, Pension Plans, and Whole Life Plans.
- Help agents with lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversions.
- Track agent performance and support them in achieving monthly targets.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions.
- Assist customers and agents with policy-related queries, renewals, documentation, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
