About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Fantasy Affiliate Managers / Executives to join our Fantasy Affiliate Team. The role will involve managing existing affiliate partners, finding and onboarding new partners, negotiating deals and working closely with affiliates to achieve business targets. The right candidate should have good knowledge of the Fantasy Sports market, strong communication skills and practical experience in affiliate management or acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and onboard new affiliates and partners.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing affiliates.
- Negotiate deals and commercial terms with partners.
- Follow up with affiliates regularly and ensure smooth coordination.
- Track affiliate performance and work towards business targets.
- Look for new opportunities to grow the affiliate network.
- Work closely with internal teams for affiliate onboarding and other requirements.




- Monitor numbers and performance and take necessary follow-ups.
- Maintain good relationships with key affiliates and partners.
- Support the team in achieving overall acquisition and revenue goals.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the Fantasy Sports industry.
- Hands-on experience in affiliate management, acquisition or partner handling.
- Good understanding of the Fantasy Sports market and affiliate ecosystem.
- Robust negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Good communication skills in English and especially Hindi.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics.
- Ability to identify and bring in new affiliates/partners.

Preferred candidate profile: - Candidates with an existing understanding/network within the Fantasy Sports affiliate ecosystem would be preferred

- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills - Excellent communication skills, especially Hindi
- Good understanding of the Fantasy Sports market and affiliate ecosystem
