Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of AEM components, templates, workflows, and third-party integrations to build scalable and robust web applications.

- Provide technical leadership across multiple complex

implementations within the organization.

- Review and guide the overall solution architecture

, custom design solutions, technical approach, and go-live readiness for

AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms

- Mentor and guide a team of AEM developers by conducting code reviews

, ensuring best practices, and supporting their technical growth.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time.

- Develop complex components and integrations for enterprise AEM applications.

- Communicate technical assessments, recommendations, risks, and gaps effectively with both business and technical teams

- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to

AEM and associated Adobe technologies

- Participate in pre-sales discussions

UNIX environments

- Strong understanding of

OOP principles and functional programming concepts

- Experience building large-scale web applications integrated with backend services

- Solid leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage technical teams

- Experience with personalization implementations in AEM using leading personalization tools
