Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and optimize customer experience solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer journey orchestration, real-time customer profile management, audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Configure and maintain Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components including schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
- Develop audience segments and activation strategies for personalized customer engagement.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe and third-party platforms using APIs and data connectors.
- Create and manage event-based, batch, and real-time customer journeys.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams,



and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, profile stitching, segmentation, and journey execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize journeys based on insights and analytics.
- Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and best practices are followed.
- Support deployment, testing, and production releases.
