Ads Specialist – Google & Meta

Location: Bestech Business Tower, Sector 66, Mohali

Experience: 4–5 Years

Working Days: Monday–Friday | Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ads Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should have experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, remarketing, and performance marketing, along with good knowledge of SEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Run lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and conversions.
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Handle GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.




- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Work with creative, content, and development teams.
- Support SEO activities including keyword research and on-page SEO.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Good analytical and campaign optimization skills.
- Valuable knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience with IT, software, web development, or digital services is preferred.
- LinkedIn Ads knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
