As an Adobe - Marketo+ AJO Associate you will support client projects focused on business application consulting, helping clients use Salesforce-based marketing tools to improve operational efficiency and day-to-day execution. As an Associate you will contribute to client engagement work, adapt to changing priorities, learn from a variety of teams and clients, and take ownership of assigned tasks while building your professional brand within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, support software implementation, assist with training and support activities, and apply a learning mindset while developing your knowledge of Adobe Marketo and AJO solutions.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client implementation and enhancement efforts for Adobe Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions
- Analyzing marketing automation requirements and helping translate them into functional system configurations
- Contributing to campaign setup,



audience segmentation, and workflow testing across sales and marketing platforms
- Assisting with application administration tasks, data validation, and issue triage during project delivery
- Participating in requirements gathering sessions and documenting process flows, user stories, and configuration details
- Applying Salesforce knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related business application integrations
- Developing training materials and user support resources to help clients adopt recent functionality
- Gathering input from stakeholders and using research to identify process improvements and implementation gaps

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator, additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Applying Salesforce Administration skills in marketing and commerce technology
- Supporting Adobe Marketo and AJO implementations across client teams
- Gathering requirements and analyzing patterns from varied sources
- Translating technical ideas clearly while learning from feedback
