Responsible for driving retail course/student enrolments through field sales, market visits, lead generation, and regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, market activities, and referrals.
- Connect with prospective candidates and understand their career interests and requirements.
- Counsel candidates on retail courses, training programs, career opportunities, and enrolment processes.
- Convert qualified leads into successful student admissions/enrolments.
- Conduct promotional and awareness activities to increase course visibility and generate recent leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and local market contacts.
- Achieve assigned monthly enrolment and sales targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
